Greg Louganis, double-gold medalist in the 1984 Olympics and the 1987 Pan American Games, survived a poor seventh dive and beat Matt Scoggin by 25 points to win the men’s 10-meter platform title in a meet at Indianapolis.
Patrick Jeffrey was another seven points behind in third place, with Bruce Kimball fourth.
Michele Mitchell won the women’s platform competition, with Wendy Williams finishing second and Wendy Wyland third.
