Former Temptations lead singer David Ruffin was jailed in Detroit on Tuesday on a cocaine-possession charge, when he failed to post $150 cash for a $1,500 bond. Ruffin was charged Tuesday with intent to distribute less than 20 grams of cocaine. If convicted, he could face 20 years in prison. The singer left the Motown group in 1968.
