Power Off in Khartoum

KHARTOUM, Sudan —
The Sudanese capital, Khartoum, will be without electricity for 14 hours today and Friday to enable workmen to repair two high-voltage pylons damaged by trucks in recent accidents, Radio Omdurman said Wednesday.
