Frank Chilberto has been appointed regional vice president, coastal region, for Security Pacific National Bank. He succeeds Bill Clark, who is now regional vice president for the eastern region. Chilberto, based in Newport Beach, will oversee banking offices in San Diego and Orange counties. He joined Security Pacific in 1959 as a vault teller, and had been branch manager in Sacramento before being named to his new position.
