BARCELONA, Spain —
A bomb exploded early Tuesday outside a Treasury Ministry office, slightly damaging a door and several parked cars but causing no injuries, police said. Authorities suspect Terra Lliure, a terrorist group that seeks independence for the northeastern region of Catalonia.
