Agrio, 29, had been in custody since the March 26 shooting in the couple’s Paradise Hills home. Alma Catalino Agrio, 24, died of a gunshot wound to the back of the head. Agrio told police that he and his wife had been arguing and that the gun she was holding went off during a struggle.

Bail for Agrio, who is charged with murder, was originally set at $100,000 but was reduced to $60,000 at a court hearing April 5. His next court appearance is scheduled for April 28.
