Warmington Buys Valencia Land to Build 211 Condos
The Newhall Land & Farming Co., Valencia, has sold a 33.3-acre parcel in Valencia Summit to Warmington Homes, Costa Mesa, for about $17.5 million.
The transaction includes permits and building plans for 211 condominium units.
Gilbert Rae, project manager for Warmington, said construction would begin within a month and the first phase would be completed in November.
