French Jail Riot Ended

MULHOUSE, France —
Prisoners at a jail in eastern France surrendered to authorities on Sunday after a 16-hour riot that left most of the buildings destroyed and at least 10 people injured. About 250 prisoners had seized control of the Ensisheim prison, demanding better living conditions.
