‘Spruce-Up’ Drive Planned in Norwalk

Community Promotion Commission has completed plans for its Home Beautification Program and is inviting residents to take an active part to “Spruce-Up Norwalk.” Judging will take place between May 9 and 29. The judges will be looking for the general upkeep of homes with emphasis on lawn areas, color provided by blooming plants and design of concrete areas and planters.
