Enterprising KING-TV in Seattle, which has had a working partnership with the Soviet central broadcasting arm, Gosteleradio, since 1985, is stealing another march on the network big boys. Starting today for five days, KING anchor Jean Enersen will be in Moscow presenting live, uncensored commentary about Soviet society to Soviet viewers on the nationally broadcast “120 Minutes” morning news show. A KING spokesman for the NBC affiliate says such freedom of comment on Soviet TV by an American journalist is unprecedented.
