An eight-hour Arthritis Foundation national telethon Sunday--co-broadcast from Nashville’s Opryland and Bally’s Casino Resort in Las Vegas--netted an estimate $11 million in contributions and pledges, officials said. Those appearing on the telethon included Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, the Four Tops, Dionne Warwick, David Brenner, Roger Williams, Annie Potts, Victoria Principal, Harry Morgan, Billy Preston, Juice Newton, Rex Allen Jr., T.G. Sheppard and Minnie Pearl.
