Army Lieutenant General Nominated for Promotion

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan has nominated Army Lt. Gen. Crosbie E. Saint for promotion to general and assignment as commander of the United States Army Europe, the Pentagon announced Tuesday. Saint would receive his fourth star and replace Gen. Glenn K. Otis, who is retiring.
