Playa del Rey : RV Park Improvements OKd
The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors has approved additional improvements worth $900,000 at Dockweiler RV Park, located at the western end of Imperial Highway at Dockweiler State Beach.
The improvements will include installing two prefabricated structures, one for a manager’s office and community room, the other for dressing areas and a laundry room with coin-operated washers. Both buildings will have restrooms with showers. The project also will include installation of a barbecue unit and picnic table for each of the 118 camping spaces, and extensive landscaping.
Work on the project is scheduled to take place from Monday to June 27.
