Eliminate the Negative, Accentuate the Positive
Why does the Los Angeles Times insist on highlighting the negative. A headline in the April 13 paper said: “Even the Angels Can’t Blow a 12-Run Lead.” I wonder if on Lindbergh’s famous flight, a Times’ headline might have said, “Most Guys Would Have Made It to Berlin.”
