Ivan Lendl, the world’s top-ranked tennis player, filed suit against ProServ and several of its top executives, seeking more than $25 million in damages.

The complaint, filed in U.S District Court in Bridgeport, Conn.; charges ProServ, its founder and chairman, Donald Dell; its president, Jerry Soloman, and agent Alonzo Monk, individually and collectively, with fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, diversion of funds and violation of federal racketeering laws.

Lendl ended his seven-year relationship with ProServ, a sports management firm, in December 1987, at which time ProServ filed suit against him claiming breach of contract.
