Move over Rather, Brokaw and Jennings--30 million families in the United States will be able to watch Vremya, the principal Soviet evening television news program, during the forthcoming Moscow summit, Tass reported Saturday. The Soviet news agency said the Discovery cable network would put out a nightly version of Vremya, received by satellite from Moscow and translated into English, under the title “The Way They See It.”
