Fighting the War on Drugs in the U.S.
In regard to the recent “no tolerance” policy of the Coast Guard, it appears the police forces of the nation, under the control of the executive branch, are again venting their frustration, over their inability to control a real threat, on the “little guy.” In this case, it is on the lowly pot smoker, presenting no risk to anyone, rather than the ruthless cocaine-importing cartels.
