Turks Kill 10 Rebels

ANKARA, Turkey —
Government security forces killed 10 Kurdish rebels in a daylong clash in the southeastern province of Hakkari, the semi-official Anatolian news agency said on Thursday.
Three Turkish soldiers were wounded in the fighting near Semdinli, 15 miles north of the area where Turkey’s borders meet Iran and Iraq, it said.
