Turkish Premier in Libya to Discuss Ties

BEIRUT —
Turkish Prime Minister Turgut Ozal is in Libya for three days of talks on improving bilateral relations, the official Libyan News Agency Jana said Sunday.
The agency, monitored in Beirut, said Ozal met Saturday night with Maj. Abdel-Salam Jalloud, second in command to Libyan leader Moammar Kadafi.
