It’s family ties of another kind over at CBS. No sooner did the network send walking papers to Sharon Gless and Tyne Daly by canceling “Cagney & Lacey” than it replaced the highly acclaimed show with “Almost Grown,” a new one-hour drama starring Timothy Daly, Tyne’s younger brother. A coincidence? Absolutely, said an amused CBS spokesman. “One of the last considerations in programming the time slot was replacing a Daly with a Daly.”
