12-Year-Old Kills His Brother, 14, Over Bike

WILLIAMSTOWN, Ky. —
A 12-year-old boy shot his 14-year-old brother to death in an argument over a bicycle, state police said.
Freddy Partin was charged with second-degree manslaughter last week in the death of his brother, Timothy. The boys had been quarreling over who would ride their bicycle when the shooting occurred, police said.
