Magma Power may consider selling all or part of its 7.8% interest in Geothermal Resources from time to time, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

An explorer, developer and seller of geothermal resources based in San Diego, Magma said it acquired 430,107 common shares in exchange for all its shares of its wholly owned subsidiary, Magma Electric.
