Sunshine Mining Co. Plans Reorganization

Sunshine Mining Co. plans to reorganize as a subsidiary under a holding company that will take the same name, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

Stockholders will vote on the plan July 26, according to the filing. If it is approved, all of the company’s capital stock will be exchanged for holding company common shares.
