ORANGE COUNTY REDEVELOPMENT REVENUE
The California Redevelopment Law was enacted 34 years ago to help cities rebuild slum areas. Once an area is designated a redevelopment zone, property taxes on new construction go to the local redevelopment agency. Here are the redevelopment revenues received in Orange County during the last two tax (fiscal) years.
