Crash of National Guard Transport Plane Kills 6

GREENVILLE, Miss. —
An Arkansas Air National Guard C-130E transport crashed and exploded near the Greenville Airport during a practice landing Wednesday, and authorities said all six people aboard were killed. Washington County Sheriff Harvey Tackett said the plane appeared to have been banking and “the wing hit the ground.”
