Frank P. Stanek has been named executive vice president of MCA Enterprises International, Universal City, with responsibilities for international development of recreation projects. Stanek mostly recently was executive vice president of Dentsu Inc., Los Angeles, responsible for entertainment and urban development projects. While a vice president at Walt Disney Co., Stanek directed the planning and development of Tokyo Disneyland in Japan.
