Carol Fishburn has been promoted to senior vice president and Southern California regional manager for Glendale Federal Savings & Loan Assn. She will oversee operations of the company’s 71 branches in addition to the business development department. Fishburn previously was vice president and manager of secondary mortgage marketing.
