Donald L. Atwood has been named senior vice president at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and will head its computer services group. The position has been vacant since the resignation of Philip Martinelli a few months ago. Atwood, 41, previously was vice president and center manager-production services at First Interstate Services Co. of Denver.
