San Diego
A former El Cajon man, listed by authorities as one of San Diego Police Department’s “Top 10” fugitives, was captured by FBI agents in Nevada on Wednesday after nearly seven months of eluding police.
William A. Forrester, 37, wanted in connection with the rape of a teen-age girl in Balboa Park in December, was arrested by agents at his wife’s home in Henderson, police said.
Officers from San Diego are expected to bring Forrester, for whom an arrest warrant was issued in December, back to the city by today.
