Countywide : Home-Care Volunteers Sought by Registry
The Home Helping Hands Registry of North Orange County, a program designed to keep the frail elderly or disabled person in the home at reasonable cost, is looking for people to help with personal care, housekeeping and errands.
A background in caring for the elderly or disabled is helpful but not required. Participants, who must be at least 18 years old, will be paid $6 to $8 per hour.
The Registry is an agency of the Volunteer Center of Orange County-North, which is sponsored by the YWCA of North Orange County. For information, call (714) 870-7785.
