Reagan Names 2 Judges for U.S. Court of Appeals

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan announced Monday he is nominating two men to be judges on the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. He named U.S. District Judge John M. Duhe, 55, of the Western District of Louisiana to replace Judge Albert Tate Jr. and Jacques L. Wiener, 53, a Shreveport lawyer, to succeed federal appeals court Judge Robert M. Hill.
