Robert G. Schott has been named president and chief executive of Van de Kamp’s Holland Dutch Bakers, Los Angeles. Schott previously was owner and president of Pro Source, a Salinas-based produce brokerage and distribution firm. Robert (Bob) Barto has been named vice president-food service and national trade relations. Ken Tusup replaces Barto as vice president-retail sales. Joel C. Colbourn has been named vice president-finance and chief financial officer. Darrell R. Griffin has been appointed controller. Albert T. Fogata has been designated vice president-operations.
