Counsel Ruling
Now that President Reagan’s handpicked chief justice has written the opinion confirming the constitutionality of independent counsels, I have a suggestion for alleviating overcrowding in federal prisons.
Just put bars around the White House (and, as it develops, perhaps the Pentagon).
