Five-Building Office Center in Placentia Finished

Melrose Business Center, a $2.5-million, five-building complex totaling 102,175 square feet of offices has been completed at Melrose Street and Crowther Avenue in Placentia.

Wilma Pacific Inc., Newport Beach, is the developer, and Breton Construction Inc., Irvine, the contractor. Handley Engineering, Tustin, is the architect, engineer and interior designer.
