Regarding “The Jumper,” by Peter Farrelly (June 5): I’m sorry the woman didn’t accept the help Farrelly offered her. I’m sorry he didn’t get the help he asked for. I’m happy, though, that there are people who are willing to trust what they have to offer and offer it--simple compassion and personal involvement. Thanks for the story.
