Leon Durham, 30, of the Cincinnati Reds has agreed to check into a substance-abuse program, the second Reds player to do so this season. Durham missed three games in a weekend series in Montreal, telling the ballclub he was depressed over his lack of playing time and the anniversary of his brother’s death.
