A Colorado Springs man sought in connection with an armed robbery there last month was arrested by San Diego police Thursday afternoon in a bar in the 8900 block of Campo Road in Spring Valley.
Acting on a tip from Colorado officers, police followed Eugene Yetter, 55, to the bar and arrested him without incident, police spokesman Bill Robinson said.
On the front seat of Yetter’s car, which was parked outside the bar, detectives found a loaded .38-caliber handgun with extra ammunition, Robinson said.
