Building Planned for Fontana Steel Mill Site

Two California businesses, Kaiser Steel and Lusk Co., have agreed to form a partnership to develop an industrial park on the site of Kaiser’s former steel mill in San Bernardino County.
According to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the two companies will spend an estimated $85 million to clean up and redevelop 868-acres near Fontana before the mill is completed.
