A British Michael Jackson look-alike learned that imitation has nothing to do with flattery Tuesday when a London magistrate cited him for disturbing the peace and fined him 100. Ronnie Beharry drew frenzied crowds and caused traffic jams in the central London district of Soho whenever he appeared there.
