Quake Shakes Upstate N.Y.

MASSENA, N.Y. —
A mild earthquake measuring 3.5 on the Richter scale jostled residents along the St. Lawrence River Tuesday but officials reported no damage or injuries. The quake’s epicenter was located on the border between the United States and Canada, said a spokeswoman for the U.S. Geological Survey.
