Battle of the Superbrains: The cast of ABC’s “Head of the Class” will test their brain power against their Communist counterparts when they fly to Moscow on Sept. 8 to tape two episodes of the series for the coming season, an ABC spokesman said Friday. The working trip to the Soviet Union--where the brainy characters will be part of an educational exchange program--had been planned for the summer, but ABC was forced to postpone the expedition because of the lengthy writers strike. Though no firm date has been announced, the third season of the show will probably premiere in late October.
