New officers of the South Orange County Republican Assembly will be installed Sept. 1 by Rep. Ron Packard (R-Carlsbad) during a 6:30 p.m. dinner at the El Adobe restaurant in San Juan Capistrano.
Officers include Dr. Londres Uso, president; Fred Jenner, first vice president; Robert Miller, second vice president; Jean Rumsey, secretary, and Jacky Gardner, treasurer.
