Koss Real Estate Investments bought the Laguna Lumberyard at 384 Forest Ave., a specialty retail center that includes a restaurant and several shops, for $5.4 million. Koss will change the name to Laguna Country Mart, provide entertainment and develop a 35,000-square-foot vacant lot across the street that was included in the deal. . . . United Education & Software bought a 39,000-square-foot headquarters building on 3 acres on West Warner Avenue in Santa Ana for $2.9 million from John Hancock Properties, broker Norris, Beggs & Simpson said. . . . Gentosi Bros. Contractors of Irvine said it has finished three buildings at Rancon Financial’s Tri-City Corporate Park in San Bernardino and is beginning a fourth.
