The owners of the Sahara hotel-casino in Las Vegas have agreed to buy the Pioneer hotel-casino in booming Laughlin, Nev. Sahara Resorts said the purchase will be through its gaming limited partnership, Sahara Casino Partners, of which it is the general partner. The Laughlin property, owned by the Elardi family of Las Vegas, includes a 400-room hotel and casino on 12 acres on the Colorado River. The price was not announced.
