Toxicological tests failed to determine what killed Berkeley waterfront commissioner Luis Reyna, whose headless and handless body was found in the Lafayette hills on July 26. Coroner’s Sgt. Richard Terry said the 32-year-old Reyna’s death would be officially declared “undetermined.” Enrique Zambrano, 44, has been charged in connection with Reyna’s death. Reyna was the key witness against Zambrano in an attempted murder case. Reyna disappeared July 18 after telling his family he was going to meet Zambrano, who had been released on bail in the case.
