Congratulations to CBS and Bell-Phillip Productions for their story of the brain-damaged girl on the soap opera “The Bold and the Beautiful.” How refreshing to see one of these shows return to the human experience and some honest emotion instead of all those silly spy stories. And what a marvelous performance by Susan Flannery as the girl’s mother. If she does not win an Emmy next year, there is simply no justice.
