Bond Issues

In November comes the voting.

I suggest that each request for bonds be accompanied by a statement indicating the state’s full bond indebtedness, the yearly interest payments being paid, and the new total debt and interest payments, if the bond issue is passed.

It would also help if we knew where the money would be coming from to pay off the increased debt.
