Local News in Brief : San Juan Capistrano : Body of Unidentified Man Found on Hillside
The body of an unidentified man was discovered early Sunday on a hillside by a woman pulling a horse trailer near some stables, authorities said.
The man, described as a Latino in his early 20s, apparently died from a blow to the head, Sheriff’s Department Lt. Jack Richey said.
The woman, whose name was not released, discovered the body near the intersection of Oso Road and Avenida de la Vista at 1:50 a.m. Sunday, as she was driving to feed her horses, officials said.
It was unclear how long the body had been on the hillside, a sheriff’s spokesman said.
