Rescuers climbed to the wreckage of a Mexican commuter plane and found no survivors among the 21 people aboard when it slammed into the Sierra Madre mountains, about 210 miles southwest of Mexico City, a military official said. Bad weather delayed efforts to reach the wreckage of the twin-engine plane, which crashed during a 100-mile flight from Uruapan to the Pacific port of Lazaro Cardenas. Most of the 18 passengers and three crew members were from Uruapan, authorities said.
