United Artists Communications and United Cable Television said they revised their earlier agreement under which the two cable TV system operators will merge to create a new firm called United Artists Entertainment. Among other changes, the new agreement authorizes two classes of stock--Class A with one vote per share and Class B with 10 votes per share--and allows United Cable shareholders, at the time of the merger, to take either $35 per share in cash or a package of securities for their stock.
